Wayzata Nissan has openings for permanent FT & PT Customer Service/Administrative Support Specialists. Well qualified candidates will have experience with moderate to heavy customer contact over the phone and face-to-face. Previous dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. A minimum of (3) three years of customer service and/or administrative support in a business office setting is required.
We are seeking polished professionals who will provide our customers with extraordinary customer service both over the phone and face-to-face; demonstrate excellent communication skills and organizational ability; have the ability to multi-task, accurately following verbal and written instructions and procedures in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; and work cooperatively in a team environment.
